There were actually both. The old system of depositing up to 11 experience... And occasional glitches that screwed up the amount of point you deposited.

I only started depositing a few months after they got rid of the whole "up to 11 exp a day" thing and just went with the "Vote on 5 submissions and record your 10 exp" thing. And I still ended up with an 8 at the end of my exp one day.

I think i might just, but only because you are a couple places in front of me, if you were just a few more in front then i wuoldn't be able to do so until the weekend, which if you're me, is a hell of a long time. Really? I did so yesterday, i went to watch shrek 2 which i might say is better than the first.

I used to be like 200 points ahead of you but now it's down to like 30 or so. Definately be the weekend you'll be ahead of me.

That would most likely be because of the time you deposit, compared to the time HT deposits on that day. If you deposit after him, his addition to your goal exp will have already been put on, but if you deposit before him, the next days message could include 2 HT additions (again depending on the time of deposit). There is consistency (as long as HT deposits daily), it just doesn't appear that way all the time.

Because the amount of points you need only increases when HT deposits, it stays the same before he/them deposit.

Really? Was it 200? I always thought that it was about 100 but i guess that i have only been checking your profile for as long as i have been near you, which isn't really that long if i remember. I have to say that i hope so, because then there is not many people around who are even as active as us in B/P so i could move up the ranks pretty quickly by my reckoning. Well if you have seen the first shrek then you have to see shrek 2. And after another look at the film, i have decided that it isn't as good as the first but is damn close however.
