Sorry that I´m wirting this far from the topic but when I tried to read Lovehurts´s alltime first review ever, I got this message:
Error - it doesn't look as though this user has written any reviews yet - check back in a couple of days! Please go back and try again.
He has about 830 pages of reviews, is there a limit?
No, but what happens, is that I get so busy doing what I'm doing, that I forget that I haven't deposited, and end up missing a night.
Happens all the time. But, i've started to get involved alot more in the Portal, which means i pretty much never miss a deposite now :)
So, it all comes back to not spending 10 or more hours on the net everyday. ;)
Lies.

I generally only need to view one movie to deposit. Plus, even if that weren't the case there are many 30 second and under crap movies flooding in at all times.

Your thoughts are your thoughts, but I think there is a happy medium between being too busy to deposit and spending 10+ hours on the net. xD
I'll now take the time to say I've finally aquired 8VP.

well i searched... and I came up with nothing exept this tread and his site
it seems like he didn't made it yet
DOGMA, if you would like to download Nem's calculator simply click this direct link.
Well I'll be a son of a horses ass. If I would've read closer I would've known you needed his EXP calc and not the VP calc which I linked in my previous. ><

hehe, I also had that problem, but I don't think there is a exp calc (yet)

Hah, that he will. And thanks for the thanks. :)
How many b/p you need to the next rank-up? I have a total of 3350 b/p (?) and only need 650 to my next rank-up so I will go ahead soon again ;)
Bah, you will most definitly pull ahead once more...But! I do happen to have a 44 b/p average a day and you had a 33 on the last Rank List update so I could be close to leveling up when you do. But, I need around 1000 more till next level. Bah, it's going to be awhile....But! (again) I am about 10 days from getting to level 11! So it's going to be tricky! :D
This competition just gets better and better everyday ^_^
Yea, it really does. I can't wait to see the stats of us and the end of the summer, it will be very intersting to see where we stand compared to each other.
Well folks, Ive decided to upgrade to gold teeth. Ill be sure to pimp all the hoes with my muthafuckin bling n shit.

Ill purchase a platinum grill piece in the near future.

Didn't NeMeSiSM66 create one and post a link to it somewhere in the general forum? You could even select one of the 3 different auras to change things up. Someone in here must know where the link is.

Yeah, congrats indeed, 8 is a damn fine votting power, I look forward to getting that high with in two months or so!

I spotted some notes about it being a future endeavor when I gave up on my original search for it and started rummaging through the VP1.50 thread for hints. I seemed to recall people talking about his "XP" calculator way back in the middle of last yearand was hoping that someone else knew where it might be, or could at least tell me what you did ... confirming that that's it lol
Odds are good either I'm remembering talking about his VP calculator, from back around v1.10, and logged it in my head as XP, or I read someone referring to his "XP Calculator" when they really meant his VP calculator. VP is based on XP so it's easy to get them mixed on either end of that memory ;) Oh well, thanks for trying punk and MPA.
/me wanders off for a dip in MPA's sig ...

My PS2 Katana Controller came today!

Does it just work like any other controller and just look cool, or does it go with a game where you swing it and the character on screen swings the sword as well?

LOL what do you do with it if your character dies?

It's a regular controller. If you look at the pic posted closely, you can see the buttons on the handle.

Yes...it works like any other controller AND IT LOOKS REALLY COOL. All of the buttons are on it. But it's wireless. When you play Onimusha 3 which it was intended for, when you swing the character swings. Any game where the attack button is Square it works with swinging. Like Tenchu for example.

SEPPUKU. It is the Samurai way!

As Young Buck says in the wonderful ballad, "Stunt 101,"
"C'mon now, we all know that gold is gettin' old,
The ICE in my teeth keep the Cristal cold."
So you can take your vintage gold if you want. As for me, I'm stickin' to the diamonds.

Wow, that looks pretty sweet. But how well does it work as a normal controller? I mean, I know all the buttons would work fine, but my main point is how does it feel to use as a normal controller? The "swinging attack" is really cool, though... I'd love to see one of those in use some day. Alas, no one I know would ever buy one, I don't think.

I assure you I won't, but i'm not too sure about the hermit hobo I've been seeing around here lately.

oooooooo I like the stand that comes with it too. Is it weird playing with? It seems it would take a bit of getting used to.

How big is it ?
And how much did it cost you ?

It works just fine as a normal controller. You just have to get used to where the buttons are.

The stand is very cool. Although everything is plastic. It looks like a real katana from across the room. I'd say the learning curve is anywhere from 30 mins to an hour. I'm still getting used to it.
At 6/9/04 04:59 PM, Shpouiten wrote: How big is it ?

From the base to the tip it measures 38 inches. And then once you remove the plastic sword part...for safety reasons it measures 19.5 inches. It cost me 99.99 at gamestop.com. They are on sale now. Regular price is 149.99. And if you are lucky you can get it even cheaper on ebay of course.
I've got another question... from the picture, it looks like the buttons are on the "blade" rather than the handle. That doesn't make sense to me if you can swing it around for your attack-- do you hold it by the blade?!
Maybe I should just look it up. But I'm too damn lazy! Well, I guess I'm less lazy than patient. I know it will be a while before I get an answer to this :p
At 6/9/04 06:36 PM, yadjmir wrote: I'm a moron
Ha ha ha, nevermind... I didn't notice that the buttons ARE on the two-handed handle. From the picture of it by the box, it looked like the handle was actually the blade. My bad... I'm an idiot.
Pfft, try working two jobs AND have time to spend more than 4 hours on the net.
I know, man..just pulling your leg.
Or are you still holding a grudge about me saying Altergrounds sucks about a year ago?
Haha, i honestly forgot you even said that. Altergrounds = no more, i should've stuck with the old skool BBS i started with, was alot more fun that the later crap :|
I be I be I be I be that golden I!
You guys probably don't know, but that is from a song, and yes, I have a reason for saying it!
I just got my new Badge!
From Silver/Iron I to Golden!
Though I must say, I am not looking forward to going back to Silver/Iron when level 19 comes around!
