I think the members along with others pick which one they think should be added then the members vote via E-Mail on it, and pick if that person get's to be a part of it or not!

i flamed a outwar spammer, it was the 4th time in a row i got banned the day i got unabnned, and 3 of the times were by Joe (getting to suspect something ;P)

Posting in a spam topic is spam itself. Doesn't matter whether the guy's a fucktard and deserving of a good flaming or not. Good scores on artistic impression and technical merit of your flame might have earned you a shorter ban perhaps.

The first time I was banned by TheJoe it was for posting in a spam topic, he banned me for 3 days adn I thought he just didn't like me, seeing as Captain_Bob had only banned me for 1 day.
The thing is, Wade told them to ban all people who post in a spam topic for 3 days.
I myself think it is a bit harsh, but they are just doing there job, I take note to try and never post in a spam topic.

And the default for the ban time is 3 days. Don't have to click on it and choose another date. That gets annoying when you have to ban 20 people.

BVBG has the procedure down, but it's not actually becoming a member of the "lounge." It's just people who spend a lot of time in this forum giving advice and answering questions. It has more to do with the general impression you provide than any of us list-makers actually making spreadsheets and tallying your posts.

Information you provide needs to be accurate and useful ... things like "There can only be one level 30" and "What he said" don't count. You don't need to go into the monologues I usually end up writing (compare my answer here to that of leeboy's on page 423 hehe), but make sure it actually adds to the discussion. Obviously, some lashing out at silly questions is allowed (8th time today someone asked why they aren't getting experience for reviewing, etc.), else I wouldn't have made it lol, just keep it minimal.

It will bee a week or two for level up. Considering I lose 6 to 7 exp each time HT depoists. Need 37 currently. Scary thought 10k Exp and not evn in the top 50 users.
