For the record, you can get a 30 bonus when you sign up, 20 for the profile and 5 each for two newsletters (there may have been a third a while ago, possibly from Troma, but it's not there now). Time things right, and get your first ever deposit just before midnight on day one and the second just after, you can hit level 2 within a couple of hours of making an account.

I became a level 2 within 20 minutes. The only reason I signed up was because a person with one post was looking for a game and I knew what it was. I'm so glad now that I signed up because b/p points really make coming here fun.

Yes it's about experience. You have a profile, ergo you got 20 points. Odds are you didn't sign up for any of the offers/newsletters, so presume you only got the 20.

I remember when LC was only a few months old on NG and was SFC. He also had a good amount of reviews and used to have an absolute shitload of movies.

Yeah... well, you do have to remember that all the people in this thread are really cool, especially me, and the mods, who are also really cool, especially Gfox, are willing to make exceptions for cool people.

This is the level up lounge. This thread is all about stats and leveling up. It's not like we sit here and go "I R 1337 I R HAVE 99,999 BLAMS." People like that post on the General board and get banned. Everyone here offers sound advice and is here to help for the most part. Besides wasn't this thread started by a mod?

2. Since the first page it has become a Lounge for the Wi/Ht forum for the people that come here regularly.. (Just like there's a Politics Forum Lounge, Flash Forum Lounge )
