But if you could give exp away wouldn't you need to deposit to regain it all? For example if @Cyberdevil gave me 10k exp he would go back to level 53 and then he would have to deposit all over again

It'd be a legacy though. Like a house, or a business, passed down from generation to generation, cared for by all it's contenders... all adding their own flare to it too. It's cool to make your own thing too... but I like the idea of caring for what you have rather than always building something new in the rubble of old.
