If so, over the course of 3 days I: hit 13k posts, ranked up in b/p and am now a Colonel, and also leveled up and am now a level 34.
I'm also really close to being in the top 1500 for Exp. and close to the Top 400 for b/p.

next milestone passed 9.00 pure voting power without the boost. but even with this it is not really a big deal though >_<

Yes pretty much that. But not everything is considered an "achievement" here. Most achievements come in increments of 1000 (like 21k exp is an achievement worth of note, 21100 is not).

Getting the next B/P rank is also an achievement (except for Town Watch), so is reaching the next level in Exp. I'm pretty sure Top 1500 in Exp is also noteworthy (I don't know if I announced it as an achievement when I reached that goal).
Top 400 in B/P wouldn't be something I would congratulate. But top 300 is good, and that also means you enter one more of the many stat lists in the Wi/Ht-Forum. :D

Hmm...okay. Well then I'll be sure to not come here every time I slightly go up in rank and only update things for like if I enter the top 1000 in Exp or if I rank/level up.
