Although leveling up isn't really as exciting since the redesign. The icons are smaller and less noticeable.

They're less noticeable, because you now have an avatar that's personalised, as opposed to just being the level you've reached. You just need to retrain yourself.

To be honest, I might feel the same when I reach my next level up. Well, to be fair, I had that sword waiting for prior to the redesign and now I'll get a goofy angry face on a stick. Can't say I'm really looking forward to that level but at least the smaller icons help so they won't be shoved in your face for all your posts.

I absolutely despised the cupid but didn't really mind the golden trident. From the golden weapons for the redesign, can't say I'm a fan of the angry face stick or the new golden fist but the rest are good. I actually think there should have been a golden dragon level icon. :P

I am pretty geeked about the medal points. I didn't just play any game with a ton of high value medals, although god knows fortunacus' games are probably responsible for 10k of those points. I've made a helluva dent in the rpgs and skill games, since that's what brought me to this site in the first place, and those are also the types of games I hope to one day submit. Most days my job leaves me feeling like I'm on a sinking ship, where the progress I make can't compete with the progress needed to stay afloat, but for some reason this site and those damn medals help keep me sane. So thanks to all you folks who help maintain nirvana.
