Congrats on the rank up. These rank-ups are really nice in b/p's.. they really do a great job with the voting power. I might not get as many b/p's this weekend.. because i have a HUGE college paper to work on and work taking up most of the day. I'm still shooting for the 30,000 b/p mark. I want to have that some day.

Lightning, I know what you mean about the badges. The same is true for Major and Lt Colonel...
but that's the way it is in the US Army. 2nd and 1st Lt are both single bars, only the colour of the bar changes. :::shrugs:::
So yeah, like someone said... it's just for realism (not that the Sergeant ranks are quite realistic, but... once you pass Praporshchik, the ranks ARE fairly realistic in look... I think the colours might actually be reversed, though, from a site I went to... the golds should be silver and the silver golds, IOW).

Yeah, I think both of you guys are gonna beat me there due to your higher exp amounts, despite my advantage in blam/save rank...
but my next rankup (should be coming around a week from now) should bump me from 9.09 (I'm 9.07 now, but I'll be up to 9.09 by then, most likely) to 9.24ish or so... I think I'll probably hit a VP of 10 when I rankup to EG General or soon after. That 7% increase in bonus from b/p rank will certainly help a lot more than all these little 2% increases keep helping me.

i know in a day or 2 a few weeks ago every one in the 8700 -8800 spots started getting a lot of points really fast so i had to keep up. and i will if i can get more points then denvish and keep getting more points then yoink but i don't think i can do that last part.

Denvish pretty much stopped when he hit EG 2nd Lt, so yeah, you'll be past him today, methinks. Yoink may be moving, but there ARE other people besides Denvish who are moving slowly or not at all between 9500-10000. And there's a few just above 10000 as well.
