Yeah it's a pretty decent hat, although to be honest there aren't that many hats that I really dislike, other than the aforementioned beanie hat.

I actually don't mind the beanie hat. It suggests Pyro has the mind of a child. :D

It's not that it's a particularly bad hat or anything, it's just that personally I don't like the beanie very much.

I guess the main problem with most new students is adjusting. Compared to high school, you must do a lot more by yourself, the pace will lay a lot faster and teachers aren't gonna care much about you anymore. At least that's how it is at the uni here, but I assume it's no different in colleges.

That's what I'm worried about most. I'm going to have to motivate myself now. I really need to get some study buddies or somethin to help me make it. I suppose having you guys as friends in school will help a lot too.

Yeah making some friends and laying some new contacts is definitely a good plan. It really helps you keep yourself up to date with what's going on and what you have to do for this and that course. Plus it will make your college experience a lot more fun of course.

We got my grant information back today, and if I'm approved for all grants, my first year is totally paid for! O.O Wish me luck on that!

No, there are some reviewers that write epic-length reviews (almost to the character limit) and they only write about 100-200 of them. If they managed to write enough to get in the top 100, they'd get some major recognition.

A more serious answer: The difficulty level is about the same in all lectures that are of the same field, I guess (well, some topics interest you more than others and are "easier" because of it).
