The best I've found is the traditional - 1 part Pimm's #1 Cup; 3 parts Lemonade; Ice, Mint, Strawberry, Orange, Cucumber. Though substituting the cucumber for Lime and having roughly 3 strawberries to 1 orange / lime slice makes a pretty good ratio.

Hmm I'm no fan of mint or cucumber, but lime sounds good. I assume a slice of lemon or some lemonjuice will be alright as well.
