Don't go thinking that our is flawless. We have things like "postcode lotteries", where some people get the drugs they need because their local health authority has the funding, but just down the road, the other one might be full.

I guess I should qualify my statement that it's isn't really full health care but more of a free clinic in a sense. They will pay for most thing but not all. A good example was a friend had needed some dental work done and they would pay for the services except for the anesthesiology. O.o

Why no insurance because like 2/3 of natives are below the poverty line. It's not particularly bad here where I live as far as quality of life, but in South Dakota and New Mexico on those large reservations lands they are basically third world countries and they rely heavily on government for health and jobs.
