Pfft.. Something special? With their payroll as large as it is, I expect the Bankees to at least get to the ALCS each and every year even with a Boston looming over them. But really, if the playoff started now they would likely face the Tigers and I don't see them having to much trouble with them.

It's an achievement, as that's what we set out to do back in April. Mission accomplished. Now to win the ALDS. Baby steps.
