I don´t know how well you guys did, but this is really dissapointing for a clock day. I could´ve made it to 500 perhaps if my girlfriend hadn´t come over, but that´s still much lower than the last two years. And I´ve been online from 8:00 AM to about 1:30 AM yesterday.

Also we only had 800 clock day submissions on the day itself and 50 were blammed. Wasn´t it like 1300 submissions last year?

Clock Days over. I expected to get more saves...

Yeah, there's a huge difference here. Still, 18 - 20 would be a really good guess for my age but I can understand a high estimate like 23 if you don't check my userpage for my age. It's just like all the users you see making comments on YouTube. Estimating most of their ages isn't easy, especially when a lot of adults view the site as well as kids.

I was personally surprised at Bahamut's age. I would have figured that he would have been little older than he is; like 23-ish.

A long time ago I also thought Bahamut was like a year older than me. But I believe he faked his age back in '05 ;)

I got over 500 protection points yesterday after it was said and done. No major ranking increases or _k marks though. At least I'm close to another b/p level up.

Sounds good. Currently I've only got TR2 installed on my PC and it has some problems with the cutscenes and stuff. Also it doesn't like the fact that I use my TV as a monitor and it messes with the resolution. I've also heard that TR1 runs in DOS which may cause problems if it's true but I guess we'll both find out.

Now that sounds awesome. I'd love to see a level like that being made. Who knows, maybe there's already a level similar to that out there but it'd be great if you made a level yourself. :) I didn't want to do much with my level and all it would have been was facing Torso Beast, dragon and mutant spider at once. Due to WAD issues and such, it was really complicated to do. x_x My other option would be to face more than one Torso Beast at once.

I've had the idea for that level for years and years now. One day I'll get round to it. I think it came from the Barkhang Monastery level in TR2 where you have to solve loads of puzzles in different areas before returning to a central hub with the spoils. Your level sounds complicated (not to mention hard as hell to beat); I can see why you could have trouble programming it, especially if each enemy needs specific landscape features to beat it. If you ever make it let me know so I can play it and get my arse handed to me.

Yeah, challenges are good but I don't put the full effort into getting every single one. If I'm desperate to get some eventually, I'll try and get them some other time. The best examples are Team Fortress 2 achievements where there's a lot to get but I'm not that desperate to get every single one. The only ones I want right now are those that'll unlock additional weapons for me.

I like to work hard at something and feel the sweet success, even if the reward is a number that means very little to begin with. It's a great bonus when you actually get something out of it.

Exactly! :D All three consoles have their strengths and weaknesses and there really is no superior console. It all depends on which console has the best games for you.

I think this reasoning applies to virtually everything. It's practically impossible to unanimously decide what is "the best" of anything. What's important is what is the most suited to your needs and desires. The family with 5 kids might decide that a 4X4 is the best car because they need all the seats, whereas the guy who's going through his midlife crisis might think that a sports car is best because he wants a penis extension. Both parties think they've got the best car and are happy with their decisions. Do they bother arguing with each other about who made the better decision? Of course not, what the hell would be the point? The same goes for consoles. Fanboys are just ignorant.

At some point during Clock Day I achieved the rank of Pvt. First Class (3000B/P). Also apparently my B/P rank is exactly 2000.
