I like how many dutch people say that "german is a hard sounding language" and yet dutch doesn't sound any "softer" than german. ^^Yes I hear that often as well. I know a few German guys from my university and it never sounds that "hard" when I hear them talking. Not quite sure where that idea actually comes from, as it indeed doesn´t sound that much harder than Dutch.
It might be that it came from the war or something, that Germans are unfriendly and talk in an unfriendly way =/
Yeah, and the war is one of the reasons the rivalry between the national football teams was so bad in the 70s, 80s and 90s.
I'm glad that it is now just harmless mocking between the fans.

That's one of the things I love most about this forum, it's small enough that most of the regulars know one another, >95% of them are decent guys to talk to, and the whole atmosphere is a friendly one.
Indeed, the forum is small but active. :) We do get a lot of users posting here, but this forum is quiet compared to the General forum and that's good.
Exactly. If people get in trouble for posting death threats towards the president (*ahem*), there should be nothing about planning any school massacres at all.I remember reading that thread a while and thinking "If the SS search the Portal for some of the dodgier flashes, we're all fucked" ;P
Actually, that's a good point. It's hard to say what should be done to those flashes since assassination flashes have been part of Newgrounds since day one, but on the other hand, a flash about killing Obama isn't such a great idea.
