Personally, I find it rather easy, as I've been helping my friend to do this work for months now and we've nearly finished this house, which leads me to finding another place to work on :P I don't think that you'd find it easy, per se, as there is quite a bit of heavy lifting in places, such as kitchen cabinets, as my friend marked out where the holes needed to be drilled. Lifting the ceiling up so that we could attach that was a trial.
