Ah yes, those were the days. Myself being at levels 10, 13 and 16 were the best times on the pre-redesign. :D

I THINK I was level 12 when I returned to NG... but I don't know if it's possible. At least I missed a few years of depositing... so maybe I leveled down to level 11 already.
And I don't remember becoming level 10. It wasn't such a big deal back then. Plus I didn't know of the sliding Exp requirements. Also, I didn't care much about levels anyway. ^_^

I also remember becoming level 14 a few month before the redisign.

BBS Awards ´07. There were also mid-year´08 BBS awards, organized by 36Holla.

I posted this question in the abusive reviews thread but some power-tripping prick didn't think it belonged there; so I'll ask it here. If you have a garbage whistle will it slowly return to normal with time or do you have to correctly flag abusive reviews?

Yeah, that's correct. Every correct point you get goes toward cancelling a negative point. Please bear in mind that negative points carry more weight than positive ones - you make mistakes, they cost more than making the right call.

I hate Thursdays. The only bus I can get to uni leaves at 7.55, but I don't have class until 11.00. Plus today I have a chemistry exam, hopefully won't be anything major, there won't be any calculation questions, just theory.

I didn't say that. I can tolerate cold weather. It's a mild inconvenience to have to scrape the ice and frost off the car, but I can live with it. I have more major inconveniences to deal with, like my girlfriend's dad >:(

The cars aren't that hard to push - you just lean on them and they slide up the road. People try revving the engine too much and the wheels just spin.
