None of these are achievements. We congratulate Level 10 and above, intervals of 1,000 Blams, Saves, Experience and posts, intervals of 100 Reviews. Posts don't level you up the B/P rank scale. That's B/P points you need for Town Watch. I don't congratulate until EG Ranks (Private and above), but some do congratulate for achievements of rankup above 1,000 B/P

Nah, neither that nor 1,500 Posts are achievements. Thousands for B/P and posts, whole number increments for Voting Power, both Base and Total, hundreds for reviews.

For example, I've just reached 42,000 B/P points which is certainly an achievement. Only 58 other users on Newgrounds have ever managed as much as that so far.
