I think the start of the high levels is from 25 onwards. I could say 16 - 24 are mid-high levels, however, and then 40 - 60 are higher levels.

heh, I know what you're saying, blam points just aren't as easy to come by these days. There's kind of a big gap in my b/p points as far as when I got them. About 3/4 are from 04-05 and the rest are from just the last couple months. My ammount of saves is going to tie, then surpass my once much higher blam total in not too much time at all...

Oh, and I forgot to post before that I now have an 8.00 total voting power. :)
