I only ask because I was at Best Buy today and I saw an awesome little army-green box filled with all 11 seasons of MASH for only $199.99, which seemed like quite the bargain for freakin' 11 seasons. I like MASH a lot, but not enough to buy all of the entire show at once. Still, a lot more cost effective that way.

Thought about getting X-Files's entire show for $279.99 as well, but... I was a huge X-Files fan for the first 5 seasons or so, and then kinda fell out of it, so I'm not even sure what the last few years were like, really.

It's one thing to have two or three ongoing shows you're collecting DVDs for (though the only one I currently am is Battlestar Galactica).

Either I complete the CSI-Collection (only the one that takes place in Las Vegas) after MASH or I start collecting Columbo! :D

The original CSI is indeed the best. Miami ain't bad, but NY's actors just aren't as good (Las Vegas) or as funny (Miami).

Yep, it was nifty. Actually, in the first 20 minutes or so, I found Juno's (the character's, I mean, not the movie's) manner of speaking a little OVER the top in its anormalness, but then I think she settled down (or rather the writer did), and she really inhabited her character from then on.

Yes. I always takes some time for DVD boxes to be published here.

I only ask because I was at Best Buy today and I saw an awesome little army-green box filled with all 11 seasons of MASH for only $199.99, which seemed like quite the bargain for freakin' 11 seasons. I like MASH a lot, but not enough to buy all of the entire show at once. Still, a lot more cost effective that way.

I'm not quite sure if that box is already out here (see my last sentence above), but even if it was I'd continue to buy one season at a time. May be not as cost effective, but I had already bought 4 or 5 seasons when I first read about that "11 seasons in one box" thing.
And it looks WAY more impressive if you have 11 big boxes full of MASH than one single and tiny box ^^.

Thought about getting X-Files's entire show for $279.99 as well, but... I was a huge X-Files fan for the first 5 seasons or so, and then kinda fell out of it, so I'm not even sure what the last few years were like, really.

There are so many great shows out on DVD now, I don't think I will ever earn enough money to buy them all... and even if I would, I certanly wouldn't have the time to watch them all ^^.

It's one thing to have two or three ongoing shows you're collecting DVDs for (though the only one I currently am is Battlestar Galactica).

Either I complete the CSI-Collection (only the one that takes place in Las Vegas) after MASH or I start collecting Columbo! :D

The original CSI is indeed the best. Miami ain't bad, but NY's actors just aren't as good (Las Vegas) or as funny (Miami).
