I was thinking about starting a new game in that... I was trying to get a damn chaos blade. But I think my game is screwed up or soemthing because on the map you can get it, I can get all of the other good items but I can't get it.. I got it in my first game, but it just wouldn't appear, pisses me off..

Yes, I found cloud, theres a whole sub-story you have to go through to get him and you also get an extra 2-4(I can't remember how many) characters in the process.

Highest level you can get is 99. (I had my main party at 99, they kicked everyone's ass)

The chaos blade is the strongest weapon in the game, I had it for one character, and I wanted to try this "Duplication trick" (Duplicates any weapon, I've done it with others) so I can give 2 of the strongest weapon to the same person.

I have to think of it... its like.. have the skill "two swords" ability. Take the weapon you want to duplicate, and put it in your left hand, and a shield in your right hand. Go to a shop and select "Best fit" it will switch the weapon from left to right, but then when you go to your inventory, there will be another one..

It'll be less confusing once you get the game.

Hey I beat Ozma in the cave at Chocobo's Air Garden. What an incredibly brutal battle that was (I died on my first attempt).

Nice work Recon! I've never beaten it, only had 2 attempts I think. Beating those sort of bosses have never been very high on my priority list for FF games.

I received the Pumice for Garnet's Ark Summon

I managed to get two Pumice pieces without beating Ozma, but it doesn't matter how you get them, as long as you do! The summon sequence for Ark reminds me muchly of Dragon Ball Z.

Anywho, I'm about to leave behind all the fist-ish things (well, at least until the gauntlets) and grab a bat and level 13, but....

it's currently at 2810/2817, but humantarget hasn't deposited, so of course if he DOES today, that makes it 2810/2819.

And then one of three things can happen...

every couple weeks or so, the increase rate for level 13 shifts from a 02 04 06 08 10 12 pattern to a 13 15 17 19 21 etc pattern, from the evens to the odds... so:

1) if it increases to 2820 the next day, I'm fine! I hit it perfectly and just barely get level 13 with 2820/2820

2) if it still remains odd, I have the horrible, horrible situation of 2820/2821 for 24 hours

3) if human target doesn't deposit either today or tomorrow, or hell, both, then I'm fine.
