Hard to say - it often seems to me that most submissions that I vote 0 (or 1) on are joke submissions, anyway - or submissions where the author simply didn't try and instead cranked out yet another "I just got flash five minutes ago so here's the greatest thing since sliced bread" kind of movie. If it's obvious that someone genuinely put effort into something, they usually get a good vote from me.

The point of this thread is to post your accomplishments, such as leveling up (either b/p rank or experience level), or reaching certain points in stats (like 40,000 blams).
You have 2 posts and 40 experience points, which isn't exactly an accomplishment, rather something that can be done in 5 minutes (if your barely starting an account).
Come back tomorrow when your level 2 or after you have at least 100 blams/protects.

There is other things you can get such as a certain amount of reviews for movies and/or audios or if you reach a certain amount of bbs posts. Just don't give crappy posts like, lol, or cool, try to make them a little big, otherwise that is known as spam.
