No, that's not true, just like it isn't true that only one user can be level 30. There usually *will* only be one, and that's even more true for whistle points since the amount you can get per day is not fixed and the total isn't visible (as is the case with XP), but it's still possible.

Not true. The diety whistl can be held by as many people possible given that they all have the same number of whistle points. It's kinda like how the whole level 30 and it's sliding scale works only that it's a whistle and not a level.

you are correct there because when I first ha deity ramagi had it for some time as well so for a few hours we were tied for deity until wade removed some more abuse review and I passed the flagging queen
