Littlewashu flagged 1000+ a day for about 7 months, to get Gold.
Of course for someone else to get Gold as well as getting a 2.00+ flag power, they'd also have to pass _Joe_ or Littlewashu in flag power.

Also you won't recieve the whistle points until the submissions/reviews get deleted.

Voting power is determined by the number of experience points you have and your B/P rank. No other stats come in to it. Though the amount of experience points the level 30 user has effects how many votes your vote is worth.
