It pretty much explains it in the thread itself. They're sorted by overall points(combination of blams, saves, experience, reviews, posts) with highest being ranked 1st.

That means that they either got voted off, or wanted off the list.

Not a club really. It's just a list of people who help out here regularly and got voted on to the lists by the users who were already on it.
