Ah, don't worry about it. Just keep flagging abusive reviews/flashes and eventually when those abusive reviews/flashes get deleted due to it being abusive, you should get to a bronze whistle or maybe a silver whistle if you try flagging a lot of abusive flashes/reviews.

You only get whistle points when flagged reviews are actually being deleted, which only happens every now and then (AFAIK) - so as Bahamut said, just keep on flagging stuff, and you'll have a good chance of getting your shiny new whistle at the next update. :)

I got a silver whistle by merely flaggin abusive reviews, I have only recently started flagging stolen or abusive flash. It'll be interesting to see if I get gold when Wade clears the latest round of "flagged flash" movies :) I doubt it. Those gold folks have flagged a ton of stuff over the years.

Better than EGSC? Good question. I know achieving that rank *really* felt great; but I've never won anything at any kind of tournament, so I don't know how good *that* feels. So I can't really compare. :)

Generally speaking, I'd say that real life achievements like that are more important than ones on NG [1], but reaching EGSC is one of the most special things on NG IMO, so I'm not sure about that right away.

1. Of course, there are more important and less important achievements on NG as well. Myself, I think that post counts are the least important, probably because nothing actually changes when you post a lot (as opposed to accumulating XP or B/P points - you don't reach new levels or ranks, for example, your VP doesn't increase, and so on), but also because many posts made aren't really relevant for the portal, either (this one's certainly no exception, BTW). IMO, reviews are the most important stat; people should review more (myself included - I'm really pathetic in that regard).
