This shit was bad enough over in the "I'm quitting the blamming" thread, but now it's taken over level up! and that is just fucked up.

Recon: You're acting wayyyy too territorial. Yes, pox was talking about what you were saying over in the CCC thread. So what? As far as I can tell (when I viewed the thread to see what the whole popularity/female gender thing was about), their thread had devolved into a discussion of ways to get more popularity, and until you started yelling at pox every time he made a post (even one that had nothing to do with you), was a lot worse than this thread. Now level up!, thanks to the both of you, is pretty crappy.

Pox, you're free to do whatever you want, of course. No mod's going to ban you for posting in this thread, in fact, they're more likely to ban Recon for his harassment of you. That said, I'd stop talking about him in your own club, because it does make you look two-faced. Personally, I think perhaps you should give level up! specifically a break for awhile, and just hang out in the other topics on the Wi/Ht forum (I could never tell if Recon was telling you to get out of this thread, or the whole board... whatever).
Recon, you, in turn, are free to keep hating poxpower. But I'd advise you to stop attacking him every chance you get, and instead concentrate on taking him down on the top 50 list or something instead. It's a better focus for your anger, IMO. Poxpower may have only recently started posting in this thread, but lightning had a point. *I*, gfoxcook, didn't post in this thread until page 81. lightning wasn't here till the 15th page or so. Just because he decided to try out this thread recently doesn't mean he's a popularity whore. The whole TannedBlonde/female gender in the profile thing that started this argument that turned into a war between you and him was stupid, yes. I personally find it totally pointless. But it's no reason to hate the guy, and it's certainly no reason to drive him from a thread when he was making actual constructive posts regarding topics that had nothing to do with popularity. And come on, he wasn't sucking up to liljim, he was just clarifying his points. Every one of us does that, it's just editing after the fact.
And besides, he was posting in Ramagi's topics, and other such topics on THIS board, long before he showed up in level up!. Maybe he never saw a post he wanted to reply to, or maybe the thread was so huge it was too intimidating to enter. I know that's why I started posting in the Official blam/save rank topic back in late February, but didn't post in level up! until late March, personally. So ease off. You're acting paranoid.
None of what I've just said was meant as a personal attack on either of you. I don't play favorites for anyone (not even someone in a club I'm in, Recon, so stop asking us to back you up by ignoring him... you aren't even ignoring him yourself! If you started, maybe the rest of us would listen to that advice), and I like you both as people when you're acting rational. Which isn't the case right now.
Stop posting AT each other, period. Don't even try to talk to each other anymore, for the foreseeable future. And learn to ignore better, and stop talking about each other elsewhere, and etc. etc. Just chill out, take a break from the BBS if necessary, and realise it's just some text on the NG BBS, and it's not worth even 5 minutes of anger. That's the absolute longest that anger should last from ANYthing on the internet, IMO.
