Yes, but the quality is slightly worse, not by all that much but you can just about tell the difference. It's the same with Photoshop and Imageready, Imageready is slightly worse than Photoshop, but NOW I HAVE Photoshop so yay!

As for me, I hit 9973 characters with a review earlier, not quite 10000 though, which would have been great, I probably could have found some way to bulk it up to that though if I actually wanted to, since it was only 27 characters off, but then with all the extra stuff I had to type in explaining that I was posting the review using 3 seperate accounts it definitely exceeded 10K characters in total. This is most definitely the longest review ever written on Newgrounds, people have used 2 accounts to post reviews before, but never 3.
