I thought so too at first, but than I learned that when the person with the highest experience points on Newgrounds deposits, the requirements for each certain level goes up. Here's the chart:

Well you can go down a level because the required Exp constantly rises as level 30 deposits, so say today you require 1415 for lv 10, tommorow its likely to be 1416 and if you have 1415 now then tommorow youll be level 9 again.

When I was at all the small levels I really didnt know what all was going on. It was in my "new" days haha.

But I came back around 2,000 B/P and got to know how everything worked haha.

But boy was I proud even when I had 500, I just thought it was cool haha.
