There's no offical level, however there is a regular list, that one must be elected onto by the current regulars.

I personally am not a Spiderman fan, but I think the top's Canadian flag looks better.

On the other hand, the bottom one has a more darker tone, but the Canadian flag simply isn't as good quality.

I'm not sure - but if you li ke Spiderman, the top one's a go.

Wow, that sounds nice. Well, I had one of the weaker vodka drinks (it's one way to get introduced), and it feels really weird after you've drank it.
