voting power the higher the level you are. Due to your basic voting power being high. So if you already have lets say 10.00 basic voting power. When you add 2% you get .20 more voting power. Where as if you had 5.00 basic voting power you will only receive .10. So I’m pretty sure it doesn't make a difference if you finish all your blaming and protecting before reaching a high level. I'm sure we don't receive less voting power. I just want to make sure it's all the same.

It's so easy to rank up here. If someone gets same digit numbers such as 666, 6666, and even numbers with no meanings such as 3333 at least not that I know of. Or they post about their 5000 blams, 5000 blam/protections or 5,000 saves. So ranking up is obviously pretty easy since you can use blam, protect, both combined, post and whatever.
