WTF? How is that possible? I don't understand how a game can have infinite towns to explore. Programming a game, you can only program so much into it right? So how can infinite towns be possible? It's blown my mind..

I'm sure there are quite a few other Aussie NG users around, and it wouldn't be that hard to get your email outta your profile. It'd suck to have all those people adding you for no reason, I understand that. It's happened to me very now and then, but usually I just delete them after a while. Sometimes I do this though, add people outta the blue because I've seen them around on message boards and such and find them amusing or informative enough to want to add them and speak to them in person. So yeah... that's about it.

I'm sure you do. But IMO, you need two things to become accepted.
1) Quit some clubs. Spancker won't let you in if you're a club whore.

2) Wait around a while. Get some more experience on the boards, and prove yourself to be a good helper.

If you do those two things, I'm pretty sure you'd be guarenteed a spot.

As for me, I'm at 35, and moving up fast for a moment. It helps that there's like 8 people between 6000 and 6300 right now. So I can jet ahead provided the others stay slow. Alexsmolik is the only one really moving right now... yep....

Well, since Spancker point-blank asked, I suppose I wouldn't mind. The whole point is basically to answer the FAQs around here, right? I already do that anyway, though I used to tend to do it more in general than over here... but lately I don't have enough time to jump into tons of conversations over in general, so I've been spending all (what there is of it) my time over here. Club membership's never appealed to me, but I have to admit, you guys have the most useful/least pointless club around. So okay. My fave numbers are 6 and 36, and 6 is already taken, and 36 is a bit... far up there for a club with only 8 members right now, so I guess I'd better just take #9 then.

No, that's not a danger. If Lightning uploads an awesome (or shitty) movie, HE's the one who chooses whether to share credit with a buddy who helped him. If he made it by himself, he doesn't have to allow anyone to share the credit, even if he has 10 buddies who WISH he would give them (false) credit.

The way I understand it, the vulnerable direction is that once you've made someone your buddy, THAT person can add you to movies without asking you if you want to share credit on them, so they could be using your popularity as a flash artist to boost the score of their movie, for instance.

Or they could be dragging your name through the mud with their crappy flash, as I just warned him about. #;-}>

Well, I did say almost infinite, ya know. It's been years since I've played, but IIRC, there's a map of randomly placed towns, many dozens of them, most of which don't have to do with any quest or anything important, but you can wander between them by foot or by horse, and you'll never get around to all of them. It's an insanely huge worldmap compared to the tiny little planets of Final Fantasies, for example.

I suppose infinite was a bit of an exaggeration, I should have said "might as well be infinite." #;-}>
