I saw Slayer a couple weeks ago, the crowd was so pumped up that the mosh pits were starting before they even kicked in with guitars, they'd never seen that before.
Plus they played Dead Skin Mask, which is a fucking awesome song.
I'm impartial towards Slayer, I listen to them on occasion and while they aren't 'OMFG THIS IS TOTALLY AWESOME', they are good, at least in my opinion.
