OK I want a sig made like th eone I have below. This is MSPaint.I want one in flash,and very pro looking. Have INTERNET ( at the top) flashing in yellow,all caps,basic text.
NOW SHOWING and STARRING in red (not flashing)
and NG BBS and DRMOXLEY in white (flashing)

have the white lightbulbs flash at random (the ones around exterior)

and have the sides of the sig be dominant red and flash different colors like that Vegas sign you always see,and also used the the commercial for GTA SA.See what I mean?
