My first song I've uploaded in a couple of months, a different style than most of my stuff. Any general feedback along with what genre you'd classify this under would be greatly appreciated.
HO HO HOPE you become a Newgrounds Supporter this year!

Musicians make music , producers make products. * drops mic :D
Hi! My name is Sam Axup and I’m a 21 year old freelance musician from Yorkshire, UK who’s new to the gaming industry. I’ve had over 6 years of experience writing and playing music both in a band and for my own personal enjoyment. I’ve had the time of my life playing around the country with my band in front of hundreds of people as well as recording multiple releases, being a session guitarist and even organising events. Music has been my one love and passion ever since I picked up a guitar. However, I’m now looking for something more flexible and enjoyable from a personal point of view.
I’m currently offering my services for FREE to gain some experience and build a portfolio for a career in soundtrack composing. I am willing to compose music from a huge variety of styles as I thrive under a challenge, but I personally specialise in music that is emotional, ambient, orchestral, dark, epic, etc. I also have experience as a guitarist in rock/ metal bands, so I can also work around those genres if you’re looking for something a bit different or extreme for your game.
My influences for soundtracks stem from my love of games like The Elder Scrolls series and Minecraft, and movies like The Lord Of The Rings trilogy. I love music that takes you on a journey or can make you feel emotions that enhance the experience and immersion of playing a game. I personally admire Jeremy Soule and his work on The Elder Scrolls games, purely for the diversity of emotions his music reflects whilst encompassing the epic proportions of the games.
You can check out samples of my work on my Soundcloud: https://soundcloud.com/samaxup
If what you’ve read above sounds like the kind of music you’re looking to have in your game or if you have any questions, drop me an email at samaxup@hotmail.co.uk and we can start our journey together!
Here's a new classical/trance song used in the game Woodclicker..

I'm starting a new podcast called "What Was That Noise?", it's about my obsession over the Metal Gear Solid universe, featuring observations, rants, raves, and "insights". Let me know what you think =)

Noodle Cast Episode 14 is out!!!!
Hey, guys. I've been unable to produce music like I'd like to for a few months because of my new job. But, I just came up with a fun (and possibly terrible-sounding) way to make the most of it.
I guess I'll join on this promotion forum! I put a lot of effort and work into my tracks but I'm VERY new with mixing audio, not composition, but producing. I could REALLY use some feedback and tips and would LOVE to expose my audio to more folks!
Here's my latest track! Check my others too please! I have a sick Zelda Remix! (ALl my tracks are dubstep)
Fresh demo idea, quite happy with how this turned out but it's still got a pretty rough sound. Rock on!

This is what I would consider to be my first proper track. I'm not sure how well I've mastered it since it's pretty much my first attempt at doing so. Please tell me what you think, though.
It's a house-inspired song, but I'm hesitant to label it that, so opinions on this would be interesting to know.
This lead is so addictive, had to build a track around it <3
Made something happy today~!
I know its been a long time since ive posted here (personal problems on health level etc)
but heres something i just HAD TO compose.
From the "The machine" quintology, an instrumental version of Eno.
Just published something new ! It is a bit in the same style as Leaving, my first submission on Newgrounds, but with a completely different mood, much more positive and lighthearted. Enjoy !
And another tune from me, if anyone is looking here for audio anyways.
