This song here should be physical proof that you can indeed make a good song with the peaking treated like an effect ;)
believe me...it took AWHILE to pull it off but I controlled the peaking to give it that loud club feel, with the distorted insanity that is industrial (although the song isn't what I'd call insane, it's pretty mellow compared to some of my new hardcore techno songs)
By the way, this one's LOUD, crank up that bass and piss off the neighbors! ;)

Any advice on cleaning up the sound well appreciated. I use reason 3.0 exlusively for this track.

on a side note, I'm falling in love with that little trick I figured out that lets me be as loud as I want in FL without peaking :D I can get ALOT of power out of my kickers and snares, and make the bass as deep and loud as I want!
