Released the first song to a new rock album, titled "To Light a Candle and Hope for a Forest Fire"

Now, while I'm still practicing the new vocal techniques I've been learning, please have patience with me on that. For example, the second half of the second verse is a little rusty (along with a few other parts for those of you who have an ear for that sort of thing).

But rest assured, the music part of it sounds awesome! I've experimented with different VSTi's that I've always had and never really used (I tried Super Quartet for the drumparts instead of following my usual tradition to use Hypersonic). I also acquired Harmony Engine and attempted to play around with it in this song. Now, the harmonies in the first verse of the song I did do myself, but in the chorus and ending, I played with Harmony Engine (which I'm happy about because it means I can pull some hardcore Saosin shit! >=D)

It's an intelligent dnb remix of the opening theme from "Kirby and the Amazing Mirror." Deep sub, listen well!

Intelligent dnb is a genre with warm synth chords, and junglish drums arranged in slower patterns than normal dnb or jungle.

I added a theremin type sound in there, so listen closely!

HEADPHONE SONG! I cannot stress this enough. There is panning, and a deep sub! You will miss it without headphones!

Para-Noid - The King To Be

I was bored, so I created another Legend of Zelda piece just for the hell of it. This is called "Queen Rutela's Final Goodbye"

Now, I stated it in the song's description, so hopefully I won't get anyone saying "Is this from the movie you're scoring?" The answer is "no". I just got tired of composing music for the LoZ film that I had to keep secret and wanted to create something I could freely distribute, so I created this on a whim.

For this, I envisioned the part of LoZ: Twilight Princess where Rutella leads Link to the secret place within Kakariko Village, but in this piece's case, I envisioned her appearing to Ralis to bid him a final farewell. For those of you who haven't played Twilight Princess, go out and buy it. It's quite possibly the best LoZ game since Ocarina of Time.

This is the final mix of a pop-rock song that took me a month (and roughly 100 work-hours) to complete. And if you find it sappy, well... it's a gift for my girl. 5th anniversary coming up. ^_^

Features a drum track, a cymbal track (separated for easier tweaking), an acoustic guitar, a phased and delayed electric guitar, a bass guitar, and three vocal tracks (that will do an acapella at the end of the track).

I have to say it's the best piece I've ever made next to Journey of a Kite, but it's up for you guys to decide.

My music is very limited because all I have is basic MIDI. However, this doesn't stop me.

My work has been distinguished on several well-known sites, such as K2xL and FlashFlashRevolution.com, and has received much praise.

I put a lot of work into my music, making sure each song is as good as possible before moving on. Unlike most people, I spend a lot of time on one song, so although my output is extremely low, each one is valuable.

My style is difficult to describe. It has characteristics of classical, but with more expressive melodies with a slight techno influence. The moods of my songs varies greatly, so there's no simple way of defining it.
