Has anyone listened to the Beatles Love album?
It's pretty cool, the songs are all ones you know and loved but their re-mixed!
It's almost like hearing an all new Beatles album!

Me = Joining
I have always heard of the Beatles, but it was only this past year that I actually started listening to them. And yeah they're my favourite band now.
Has anyone heard of this movie coming out?

Across The Universe
Oh yeah, I saw the trailer when I was seeing Spider Man 3, it looked Freakin' awesome!
"Looks like someones getting high in the movie..."
I love the Beatles. I got the Help! movie and some of the records,
I think the Beatles are possibly the greatest and most inspiring band ever to form which is why I would like to join this club. I have loved the Beatles since I was what, 7? So I think I need to revive this thread and try to become a part of it.
My favorite song of yours would be "Let It Be". Real tear jerker.

Yeah, that does the same to me. But Hey Jude seems to make me very sad as well - perhaps a bit weird. Anyways, I live and love The Beatles, and they beat the crap out of 90% of modern music.
I also like The Beach Boys, plus some other 60's bands.

I must say, However much I love The Beatles, not every song is excellent. Personally, I think a large proportion of the songs on Magical Mystery Tour were quite poor. Of course, Strawberry Fields Forever is a stunning song but is one of the only ones. A similer case is Let It Be - Naked. The Song Dig a Poneyis fantastic (as well of course as the title track itself), but others on it arn't. However, in albums such as Sargent Pepper they prove quite how bloody good the were - I mean really bloody good.
But of course, these things differ in opinion, but I found it very hard to admit to myself that some songs arn't quite so amazing. But I still love The Beatles.
Lots & Lots....

I don't suppose I would be justified in reviving this awesome club? The Beatles are the best, who's with me?
I say Sgt. Peppers is their best. The whole album is like magic to me. Of course, Abbey Road deserves a big mention as well for Come Together, Something, Because and the medley. I live not too far from where the band formed so I give nothing but respect to the fab four for everything they've done for music.

I went to a Beatles festival pretty recently! I know this thread isn't posted on a lot and I'm sure that most people wont care, but I thought I'd share anyways.
The last photo is a photo I took of the Cowsills, the inspiration for the Partridge Family.

How’s this?
I expect you lords will be familiar with this pulitzer-grade journalism, but in case not:
What it was,” he explains after I have prompted him, “was over at John’s house, and it was just a group of us. And instead of just getting roaring drunk and partying — I don’t even know if we were staying over or anything — we were all just in these chairs, and the lights were out, and somebody started masturbating, so we all did.”
There would be about five of them: McCartney, Lennon, and maybe three of Lennon’s friends. As they each concentrated on their mission, anyone in the group was encouraged to shout out a name that would offer relevant inspiration.
“We were just, ‘Brigitte Bardot!’ ‘Whoo!’” McCartney says, “and then everyone would thrash a bit more.”
At least until one of them — the one you would perhaps expect — opted for disruption over stimulation.
“I think it was John sort of said, ‘Winston Churchill!’” McCartney remembers, and acts out the aghast, stymied reactions.
So, technically, at least for a moment, the greatest songwriting duo of all time mutually masturbated to Winston Churchill.
