Its illegal and illegal to talk about on newgrounds... But you can always check out youtube for episodes (but its illegal to talk about it here, and illegal for youtube to host them but you can't get in trouble for watching)...

Yes it is technically illegal. But Matt and Trey have no problem with watching South Park 'illegally'. So technically we have their permission and thus its not illegal.
