UPDATE ON THE BLAM COUNT

The semi-official-yet-well-on-its-way-to-becoming-bonafide sic_maget NG BLAM!club dead link count has more than doubled since the last update I posted. The addresses to a grand total of 490 DELETED MOVIES are contained on pages [1-45].

Up until this evening, I had been pooling all of these deleted links on a datasheet, sorting them by numeric order, then proceeded to hand-delete the multiple-entries. Doing a mere two hundred took almost 3 minutes. It dawned on me that I would soon have to devise another method with which I could quickly and simply locate these more-than-common duplicates. After some thought, I was able to implemente a new method: after automatically sorting the entries, I ctrl+c them to a word document, remove the entire address aside from the number, and then I press F7, letting the spellcheck locate and delete the duplicates for me. :-D

Announcement: in celebration of the upcoming 2nd-month anniversary of our significant club, I am going to try to submit my lastest and most up-to-date blam!count on the exact minute that the anniversary will be celebrated, Feb 11th, 1:52 AM. Kinda like waiting for the ball to drop in NY. We'll see how that goes.
