You have seen all the crap slowing the portal down, and people abusing the system. Now is the time that they are slowed down or stopped. And no, really crappy movies are sometimes first flashes, heck, one was a smiley that just spun around, I gave a 4 because it wasn't so bad. Heck, he responded to my review. It wasn't really one of the greatest, but I gave him a chance.
