By being a 'regular' poster within the wi/hi section of the BBS, if the current regulars think you are worthy of the list then you will recive nominations in the monthly election, if you win the election your in, and can then vote in the following months elections.

I noticed i see the people on the Regulars list alot more then i do those on the Members list.
Maybe the member list should be re-updated or something, because i havn't seen half those guys around. However, i know the rules, they are apart until they choose otherwise. They cannot be voted out. I think there should be one vote out every vote in like with the regulars list.

They like to keep the elections quite far between as to keep the wi/hi club prestigus, if they let any old user in it wouldn't mean as much as it does.

and as you know once your in your in for good unless you want out, which rarly happens. i agree with this method once a user is elected in they shouldn't have too feel the presure to post just to keep their position, that would be wrong.

Ok, I have another suggestion that backs up that one. To get into that list, the helpful people would need to get the required amount of votes which is not too low and it must also consider that some members are totally inactives. Anyway, it's simply suggestions for the members. Nothing more. Nothing less. They are the ones that decide the rules but it doesn't mean that I can't give suggestions, right?

I see i've been "retired" off the regs list. Seems fair, because for the last few months i've been anything but regular. I decided i needed a break from stat whoring for a while to concentrate on my university studies, which will continue for the next couple of years. Good to see that the list is still going though, and some familiar faces are still around. Time to check up on all my old haunts, where no doubt i'll find out that everything's changed and i'm no longer welcome :(

I'm good mate thanks. I don't know how regular I'm gonna be from now on so I doubt I'd make it back onto the regs list, but we'll have to see... I chose not to ask anyone to look after my account because I stopped really caring about levels, but thanks for the offer :) I kinda figured that there were more important things to be worried about than my level on here, like being known as a good poster etc. I still deposit occasionally, but today was the first time I've been on NG for quite a while

yeh that pretty much sums it up.
RC sends an email to all us regulars saying 'vote on these ppl' we get a choice of about 9-15 i'd say, and we get to vote for 3.
then he gives us the list of regulars underneath that where we can vote ppl OUT if we think they dont post or what have you.
