Quick question Red, under the current system with one user getting voted in and one getting kicked out each month, dosn't this mean that there will only ever be 14 reglars? unless one month everyone desides not to use their 'out' vote, which is very unlikly to happen? am i right, if not please correct.

There are currently 2 Regulars that I would consider voting off (were 3, but Pure appears to have made a recovery). Once they're gone, I personally won't be using the 'out' vote any more... although that'll be in 2 months, by which time, some other members may have dropped into obscurity...

Well, it's gonna be a little while before someone isn't kicked out, but once we make the list a little bit more "current," then you'll see some months where we won't have anyone getting more than 2 out-votes.
The original list might have been a little biased because the original purpose of the list was to list everyone who had helped out in the forum. Now, it's more of a "current regulars" list, which means that those who were put on the original list might not fit the criteria that we have recently established.
To sum it up, a few people were put on the list in the beginning that don't fit the new rules, so after they are weeded out, then we'll start to see the list becoming bigger in size.
