Yeah, but the difference in this particular list (List C), is that you can vote people on and off of it. You have some control as to who is listed.

Yes, the many many lists that are here on NG, through yours, D0GMAS and shitty kitties. Its all a nightmare to keep up with. But this one is my fave (for the moment).

you hit the nail right on the noggen. its a pop contest. there is a list of people sent out to the members, and they vote a new member in every 2-3 months. thats how it works.

pfft EG list is easy to get into, penta is difficult, more than one of THESE lists is hard unless you are A & B already, but besides that circumstance, getting into all of the, is basically impossible by now :\

true be that. 1,500 bp points isnt really that much at all... i mean, its pretty easy to do 20 a day, and thats 75 days. so in 2 and a half months of going on the portal for like 2 hours gets you an EG rank.

Also Mike how exactly does one get "voted off," and if this is peopel if they leave for an extended amount of time, or rarely post these days, delteated and BVBG for instance :(

if you are talking about the regulars list, i can tell you this: new feature was added to the voting system, and will be added into the next election. you make your 5 votes as per normal, but then you have one additional vote to cast if you wish as a NEGATIVE vote.. thus voting them off if over 3 people vote for them...

heh, you seem pissed off. Anyway, being modded is a popularity contest too. All the mods go in and try and choose whether an individual should be modded or not. Very simple, a popularity contest. Whoever is liked the most by the mods become a mod. That's how it goes and that's what a mod has told me.
