It doesn't matter who asked first, I was being nice to that guy that one time and that wasn't good enough, he had to have more changes. Now, I'm not bending that rule of mine anymore. 1,000 posts or more or your just sol. If you don't have over 1,000 posts, chances are you don't post enough and will not stick around.
