Hey everyone!
The sign-ups end tonight at midnight EST, so if you wanted to jump in, there's still time! The number of applicants so far has been far beyond my expectations and I can't wait to see what everyone makes!
I also wanted to explain how the Collab will work so everyone participating knows what to expect:
- Everyone will be assigned a random page in a random book.
- I'll PM you the previous page that you'll be continuing the story from and a blank template page once it's your turn.
- This will happen one page at a time, so don't worry if you're waiting for a while for your PM.
- If you can't complete your page and would like to work on a later one in a different book or leave the Collab, let me know as soon as possible.
- You will have 48 hours from when I message you to complete your page and PM it back to me.
- Please make sure you're punctual, there will be people waiting on you to finish your page.
- Your page has to be a 600x800 pixel PNG file.
- Feel free to use your own art style and flair on your page, even if it's different to the one before you. Color, black and white, different mediums, everything is welcome.
- The only real requirement is that you continue the story from the previous page.
- Don't talk about or share your page. The Collab is about surprises and the other collaborators having more context ruins the fun.
- I also won't give you any more context than the page I send you and what page number yours will be.
- Once everyone's pages are in I will assemble and upload them to the art portal as comics with everyone set as a collaborator.
