Hello everyone. These are the bios of my characters from the comic i'm working on. I hope you like it.
Most recent effort:
Thinkin' it needs more contrast... Having said that, I did just switch to GIMP which I haven't used since the 2nd Gulf War (seriously). There are a few things I have to re-learn.

Once you re-learn you could also try drawing backgrounds and add a contrast to it.

Good points. I already knew it lacked contrast...been using a ghetto copy of Photoshop until recently. In that program I'm at journeyman level by now; this "new" one, not so much. Levels & contrast are kinda different in GIMP.
Yes, backgrounds would improve things. Can't argue with that.

Progress at your rythme and go gradually. I'm sure you will become greater than you are in the present, overtime.

this is a general comment on your stuff, now and the past month or so but i like the kind of sharp feel your art has. it's so bold, straight to the point, human in the nicest way imaginable. i really like that with your art, you can look at pretty much every line and see where consideration was taken for placing that line. a "wear and tear" to it, if that makes sense.

good evening!
nice to see your stuff here! out of curiosity, are you inspired by any particular cartoonists/animators? your stuff reminds me in the best way possible of the kind of obscure animations you'd find on video tapes when younger.
