That is original, and it will be in the thematic of Autumn.
We could tool it around the people's avatars, something that fits, maybe nature-ish?

My favorite super hero or horse, whatever it is.

I adore that your art style has a really 2000s vibe to it - not in the sense of y2k, but it reminds me of the early 2000s and that graffiti-esque, punk, standout in your face kind of style that stuff like NG and deviantart were known for. Its nostalgic in all the right ways. I love these!!

Yes! I’m always glad to see more long form comics on NG. After the recent update, this place should be the hub for indie comics on the internet.
Which reminds me that I could post my comic here. Only two posts so far, but that’s like 40 pages. I will be working faster soon! I do not have a lot of free time, but I try and use it learning and working on comics.
At some point I’d like to have it in a printed form, or whatever project comes after this. This one is mostly a learning exercise, though I have a lot of story plans for it.

Thank you!
You guys are so kind. I like to have a whole chunk to upload at once so it takes some time and it’s nice to finally get some feedback. Hope it can get frontpaged some day.
That’s why I’m trying to do these shorter pieces like the new one, so I can upload more often. Like a more British or Japanese comic publishing style. If I didn’t have to work and have a life I’d do a chapter a week.
Here is a bunch of posts, starting from my most recent!! (Sorry that it just shows the links and not the posts initially :( )

Your art style is really cute! I just scouted you, keep up the awesome work dude!
Thanks!
I've always liked the early-mid 2000's look. Perhaps the shows I watched as a kid really had an effect on me.
Something about super saturated colors really appeals to me.
I appreciate the support!
Doing these comics is always a fun learning experience.
I got some art I could share here! I mostly post furry-arts (Especially Star Fox-characters) but I do sometimes draw fanart of other series. Check out my gallery with some of my arts below here :D
Look at him go in that go-kart!
Sorry for my recent inactivity - been absolutely hammered with uni deadlines. Ill give my thoughts on all the great new submissions soon. Hope the end of summer is treating everyone well!

I really love that these have a 2000s, late 2010s comic vibe to them - particularly like, comics you'd find in stuff like nintendo power or your general gaming magazine. It's got an edge to it that I really like and wanna see more of. Fantastic!

This is gonna sound bizarre, but I adore the "sharp" nature of these - the way things are juxtapositioned, the way you angle things, the level of expression, it reminds me of the best traits of most comic books and Im honestly curious as to how many layers you used for this, if any. Stunning!

Wow thank you! I do think I understand what you mean by sharp, I put a lot of thought into clarity and have a long way to go with it but work on it a lot when I’m thumbnailing, penciling and inking. I think above all that’s what matters most in a readable comic. I was just posting about that same idea in the comic thread on here I started actually.
Do you mean digital layers like in photoshop? there’s only one because I do everything on paper. I do a blue line pencil and then ink over that. There’s very little digital anything in that comic and it’s just some compositing of stuff I also drew on paper. I do some touch ups for the contrast and things like that. The second chapter has a little bit of white screen tone dots which I have to do digitally because I don’t think they even make those anymore.

Loving the style! Feels 2000s graphic design-y almost, what with the occasional real backgrounds next to your drawings, it creates this nice juxtaposition, it's unique!
