I've been meaning to make drawing more of a daily habbit again, so I thought a thread for WIPS and sketches could be helpful with that. Might also be a good opportunity to get some more eyes, and hopefully feedback, on my finished artwork!
I'm working with pencil and ink, and I usually focus on character design.
Here's some of my stuff:

It's suppsoed to be a Stagbeetle inspired tank unit. RN, I'm figuring out how to incorporate the nsect parts better.

Today's Sketches
3 daily body study sessions down, 97 more to go!
Today's Body Studies.
I'm now trying to move on to more complicated poses, and also add some shadows finally.
Adding them really helps A TON when you're still figuring out the volume of things.

As per the title of this thread, the only thought I can give while looking at your work is WOW. Absolutely terrific stuff, you're incredible at this. Looking forward to seeing more!

I've got some bugs in mind already that I wanna turn into units, but if I come up with a good role for a mantis, I'll give it a try.
Alright my idea for mantis is like a commander or leader of some sort
Daily Sketch
I wanted to do some back studies, and realized "Oh, I never drew back muscles".
So therefore I only did some very simple sketches today, trying to figure out the general anatomy.
Maybe I'll have some real back studies tomorrow.

Today's Inktober Sketches
The prompt I got is "Unnatural Thunderstorm". I decided to make an Eastern Dragon Monk guy, with lightning crackling from his hands. I also want to take this opportunity to do some anatomy practice. I made some sketches, and ref sheets, but applying the knowledge I got onto an actual drawing is still pretty tough.
However, I'm still quite happy with today's progress.
I need to redo the left side and the midsection, but the right side is ok. The current head and legs are just placeholders atm.

DUUDE! All of your sketches are so creative and badass! I like how you take two concepts like rats and boxers or robots and goths and combine them to create an amazing piece of art! You’re really good at anatomy and bringing life to the characters you create. I especially love your robot goth artwork! They’re amazing! Keep up the good work!
