I'll link this here. Indeed, out of 13 entrants this one won the first phase of NGMT, and even on its own it's an amazing orchestral journey.
Did some music hunting again! Here's what I found:
^ This one is intense, spacey, and has a cool unusual action element to it.
^ This guy never fails to write some kind of amazing orchestral masterpiece, this is yet another one. It's so beautifully written and arranged it's crazy
^ You'd be surprised by how much times this song changes within its whole 10 minute span while still being interesting from start to finish
^ Great mix of feel good electronic music with a nice action kick towards the middle

I found a great original song among crappy "remixes" and reuploads. The user just recently moved from YouTube to Newgrounds.
Song deserves a frontpage, and user deserves to be scouted.
Note: I was worried that this might be a burner account and reupload, but they posted it on their YouTube channel too, both are linked together, and footage of the creation software is shown (FL Studio, I believe). Seems like a lot of effort if it was just a simple reupload. I'm confident this is novel music. You can see it here.
