Character by @SomeDoodles. I like this guy. He gives me sort of Tasmanian Devil/Crash Bandicoot vibes, though I couldn't tell he was a rabbit just by looking at him, so I added some more pronounced ears and a carrot stick to match, lol.
(EDIT: I just realized; he's like Bug's Bunny meets the Tasmanian Devil to me.)

Ohhh it’s fur, that makes more sense. At first I thought it was his skin, but certain spots have more fur poking out than others.

That’s actually really cool! One criticism that I have is that the colors don’t match sometimes but that is really well done! Can you do mine? Just curious lol 
( this is a older sketch lol ) I don’t have any colors so sorry.. His scales and tail are Greenish teal with the clothes being Seaweed Green, Side gills innards are Normal Green and the wooden boots with algae on them and Blue Eyes
